1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PropertyList (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
3. Property Listings
Users may post property listings on the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your listings. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Listings are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; (b) impersonate another person or entity; (c) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (d) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security; (e) scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission; (f) post duplicate or spam listings.
5. Brokerage & Transactions
PropertyList is a direct discovery platform and does not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction. We do not verify property ownership or guarantee the accuracy of listings. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
6. Fees & Payments
Basic listings and enquiries are free. We may offer premium plans with enhanced visibility and features. Fees for premium plans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our fee structure with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PropertyList or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
PropertyList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
